About Me

My name is Kerry Welch, and I am a clinical hypnotherapist and homeopath.

My approach is always solution focused as I believe this to be the most practical and successful way to treat a wide range of conditions, that may be minor or debilitating and could avoid or reduce dependency on drugs or surgery.

I am accredited with the Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR) and Alliance of Registered Homeopaths (MARH)

About Centred Mind

Centred Mind is the place to restore and maintain a healthy mind and body.

My approach is holistic and solution focused. Where necessary I may consider the root cause of the problem rather than the surface symptoms in order to bring about resolution to your problem.

Strengthening the mind and body makes it less susceptible to illness or unwanted behavior, creating a greater sense of well-being and vitality to your life. It not only restores but also maintains health, so you do not have to wait until you are unwell as ‘constitutional’ treatment will enhance your general health, improve the way you think and behave and enable you to deal more effectively with life’s problems.

Following a career in design, my focus completely changed after my first child was born. My daughter was seriously unwell and mistakenly diagnosed with a life threatening condition, before being treated at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children and the nearby Royal London Hospital for Integrated Medicine.

I was so impressed with the results of the homeopathy administered at this hospital I continued using homeopathy and eventually trained as a homeopath. I have had a practice as a homeopath for 13 years that has developed and evolved to incorporate hypnotherapy. I trained in Homeopathy at The Practical College of Homeopathy. A very forward thinking College led by Robert Davison and Ellen Kramer.

I trained in hypnotherapy at ICCHP under the directorship of Tod Cury. A wonderful college providing the most advanced and comprehensive training that is validated by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC). This gave me an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the application of homeopathy along side evidence-based clinical hypnosis and hypnotherapy.

I may use hypnotherapy, homeopathy, or both to achieve the best results and have found they work exceptionally well together.

I did my self hypnosis last night ready for todays open day at college. It was lovely and I spoke with confidence and asked lots of questions. It is now my first choice. Thanks again and thank you for recommending them to me.

Thank you so much for the hypnotherapy leading up to my driving test. Considering I failed my mock test a few weeks ago I’m delighted to say that I passed with only 3 minors! I felt calm and relaxed so it went more smoothly than I ever thought possible. I can’t tell you how pleased I am and once again, thank you.

I passed my test and got only 5 minors, so, all in all, a good pass as well. Thank you very much for the sessions to prepare me.
